You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated signals, patterns, and analyses are not recommendations to buy or sell any security.
• Past performance of any model, signal, or strategy does not guarantee future results.
• All trading decisions are your own. Doc-AI is not liable for any trading losses.
• You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

2. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Doc-AI aggregates data from third-party providers including Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, Polygon, and Yahoo Finance. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any market data displayed. Data may be delayed, erroneous, or unavailable at any time. Do not rely solely on Doc-AI data for trading decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Doc-AI you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and maintain account security.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable securities laws.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs.
• Not share your account credentials with others.
• Be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Comply with applicable laws regarding automated trading and market manipulation.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid tiers are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

During the beta period, all features may be provided free of charge. This may change at any time.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Actions that could harm the platform, its users, or third parties.
• Extended inactivity (free tier accounts inactive for 12+ months).

Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your personal data within 30 days of termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOC-AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Intellectual Property

The Doc-AI platform, including its AI models, code, designs, and content, is proprietary. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. You retain ownership of data you submit (trade journals, notes, watchlists).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
